In the first panel it shows shinobis with chakra. It's look like they have some cloak over them. Just like Naruto when his kyuubi cloak mode.

Isn't it the same cloak that when karin sensed mystery man's chakra ? I think the mystery man that in front of sasuke have something to do with this rikudou's plan about creating peace through spreading chakra.

I never meant that. I said the person standng infron of sasuke has something to do with rikudou's peace methods not the person inthe panel.

Everyone with chakra is related to SO6P U_U. That image Karin saw was an image that she sees when senses chakra.. it doesn't mean the person has a cloak of chakra but it just means chakra is oozing out that person and that is why karin can sense that person
