I stand calmly as I feel the wind blowing through every pore of my body, my hair blows roughly behind me and I can hear a slight whistling in my ears.

Good. I want you to concentrate on the wind around you while meditating. Then tell me

A. What is Wind
B. Different ways to use it
C. What is its strengths and Weaknesses, elements it can be boosted by.

I take a seat on the ground and concentrate on what Hazama has asked me, I close my eyes and begin to truely feel the wind as it brushes past me. I attempt to identify it's every property.
Wind is the natural movement of the air in the atmosphere around us, usually it takes the form of a current which blows constantly and in a single direction, however wind speeds and directions can vary due to atmospheric pressure and the positioning of the sun.
Wind is created when the suns rays are absorbed and in turn released by the earths surface, this combined with the earths rotation is what causes wind. Warmer air is less dense than cool air so therefore moves quicker around the earth, as well as this the rotation of the earth causes a kind of suction in the air around it. The air closest to the earth is pulled around with the rotation whereas the air higher up is not effected, this causes turbulence in the air. It is these things that form and control wind and it's pressures.

In the Narutoverse wind is created by manipulating our chakra outside of our bodies and making it as thin as possible. The aerodynamic and razor sharp properties of wind chakra make it ideal for slashing and cutting the opponent, however in certain techniques masses of wind can also be built up together in order to push the opponent and guide them in a direction of the users fancy. Wind chakra is often seen being channeled into blades much like lightning chakra, this sharpens the blade and increases it's cutting potential.

Wind in relation to the other natures. Wind is strong against Lightning as it is a natural insulator and does not allow the lightning to travel through it. It is weak to fire as the reaction between the two just increase the flames size, this however can also be used as a strength of wind to power up your own attacks.
ind can also be used to increase the speed and therefore the force of water style attacks.

Like you said, Fuuton or Wind, is the motion of air. However, because Air is all around us, it makes it the most accessible of the 5 elements even ahead of Earth.

Now to show you how wind works and what it looks like.

Hands you a leaf

I'm pretty sure you remember this from your Lightning training, but this is Chakra Paper. When wind chakra is applied, the leaf should be cut in half. I want you to meditate on your wind chakra while holding the leaf in you hand to cut the leaf like so.

Leaf in the palm of your left hand. Your right hand is then on top of you left and over the leaf, preventing the leaf from escaping.

I take the leaf in my left hand and place it on my open palm facing the sky. I then place my right palm over the top of it and close my eyes, taking in the properties of wind, the thin, sharp nature of it and the way it flows effortlessly through the sky. I project this image of wind into my brain and then begin to make my chakra as thin as possible. I send the chakra to my palms and release it. When I pull my palms apart the leaf has been cut cleanly in two.

Perfectly done. Now that you have a grasp on how to manipulate your wind chakra......

This layer of sand that accumulates on the trees during this technique makes it difficult for others to get a good footing. The initial gust can also temporarily blind opponents by lodging sand in their eyes

I want you to perform the same three handseals that I just did while concentrating your wind chakra into the air. Then I want you to form it into a gust of wind that is capable fo dispersing sand and dust to blind your opponent.

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.

Concentrate your wind chakra into the air, and using shape manipulation form it into a wall. Then using your chakra, I want you to make the wall rotate/vibrate/rumble in such a way that it can repel any projectile that comes towards you.

*Throws a Kunai at you from Mid Range.*

Then again, I throw another kunai a you, but this one has an explosive tag wrapped around it.

I begin by concentrating my chakra all around my body, I then begin to release it in tiny, thin strands that float of into the air. Once it is spread around I activate it with the handseals Tiger > Ram > Tiger, a gust of wind can then be felt coming from behind me. The gust picks up sand and dirt as it flies around the area.

Firstly I concentrate wind chakra throughout my body again and release it into the air in front of me in the form of a wall. Quickly as the kunai approaches I begin to make the wall rumble, the kunai hits the wall and deflects away into the air, the second kunai flies toward the wall and on impact it explodes blowing me backwards onto my bum.
Ok then... guess that technique doesn't do well against tags?

Nope it doesnt. So you want to be wary of your opponent sending an explosive tag your way.

The second kunai had an ex tag on it. You dont want to use this technique when there are tags on the weapon as the wall will explode them and damage you in turn. Suchs that it has such a drawback doesnt it?

Next up Danzou Technique. This is the second most used D Rank Technique. Earth Style on the ground, this one in the air.

I want you to use the earth style technique like I showed you to launch you into the air, and when you get high enough, blow wind out of your mouth to push your body in a different direction.

Concentrate yur wind chakra around he clone to pick up any rocks that are around the opponent. Use your wind chakra to lift the rocks up and damage the clone until it pops.

Now before we continue onto the next rank, there is something that you need to learn how to do with wind.

I channel my wind chakra around the kunai. You can see the vibrations stemming from it. I then throw it at the same tree, it pierces through it and continues going through several other trees.

*takes out a kunai and underhand tosses it to you*

Concentrate your wind chakra into it to increase his effectiveness. Then toss it at a tree.

I begin by concentrating doton style chakra into the ground and using that chakra to cause a pillar of rock to shoot up under me and send me into the sky. Once in the air I concentrate wind style chakra into my mouth and blowing it out to my left, resulting in me moving sharply to the right in mid-air.

As I fall to the ground I begin to whirl my wind chakra around your clone, as the twister of wind speed up it begins to pick up debris and rocks from the surrounding area. The rocks picked up in the stream continuously scrape and batter the clone until eventually it disappears.

Once the clone poofs away into the air I retrieve a kunai from my pouch and concentrate my wind chakra into the blade, forming a sharp visible blue chakra point around the actual metal blade. As I release the blade it flies through the sky at incredible speeds ripping through whole trees without losing any momentum.

I begin by creating a vortex of wind around my opponent which lifts him into the sky along with rocks and debris around him. Whilst he is floating in my vortex I Blow a huge breeze of wind into the ground spitting up lots of dirt, sand and small rocks around me concealing me from his view. Once concealed I jump into the air and blow forwards, sending myself to long range and sending all the dirt and rubble flying into the vortex increasing it's damage and hurting his eyes making escape from the whirlwind harder.

As I feel myself being lifted into the air I quickly turn my head and blow wind out of my mouth projecting me out of the wind barrage. Then, using the cover of my opponents created dust cloud I can easily set up an offensive maneuver from a safe position whilst my opponent has no idea that I'm out of his/her jutsu

Description: A simple technique that when the users hands are clapped together, wind is compressed and transformed into a powerful gale. This technique, when used as an isolated attack has the power to easily knock over a human. Though the true value comes from using it together with projectile weapons like shuriken or kunai. Their speed, power, and ability to wound or even kill are all increased several times.

Clap your hands together while channeling wind chakra. Then channel the chakra into a forceful gale wind. You can use shuriken or kunai to with this technique.

Description: This technique will infuse wind-based chakra into bladed weapons. The user can than manipulate the blades in a spinning manner to attack the target.

This is pretty much the same principe as when I had you insert your chakra into the kunai, except you will blow your wind chakra onto the shuriken or other bladed weapon instead of channeling it through your hand.

I start by concentrating wind chakra into my palms, feeling the whistle and the even flow of the wind inside my chakra stream I bring my hands up to my sides and then quickly thrust them out in front of me, clapping them together. Upon the clap I release the wind chakra through my hands as a powerful gale which extends out ahad of me.

I then quickly draw four shuriken from my pouch, I take a deep breath mixing the air with chakra inside my mouth as it arrives. Then, releasing the shuriken I blow the new formed wind onto them, making sure it connects stronger on one side of the weapons causing them to spin wildly and pick up speed beyond the normal capabilities.

Description: This is a relatively simple technique that when the user performs the following hand seals Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake they create a sudden gust of wind, but its scale varies greatly depending on the user. If used by a superior shinobi, it has enough destructive power to knock down a large tree. The wind from the squall can blow away all things in the user's line of sight. A variation of the technique involves a smaller blast of wind which gets ignited with flame.

after doing the 5 required handseals, create a gust of wind. The size of it depends completely on you. If you make a smaller blast of wind, know that it is capable of being ignited with a fire technique.

Description: User creates a whirlwind of slicing wind. Originally used by Temari with her fan, there is a way to create this jutsu without a weapon. Performing quickly handseals, the user will gather his Fuuton chakra into the lungs to blow out a sharp gust of wind, which in conjunction with the handseals will create a gust of violent slashing wind. The wind created is strong enough to push the opponent back or create 2 inch deep slashes to his body, however the user cannot direct slashes.

after doing about 4 handseals, Gather wind chakra into your lungs and try to concentrate on the cutting power of the technique. When you blow it out, the gusts of wind will be incapable fo being controlled.

Firstly I turn around and make sure that there is nothing to delecate or loose directly in front of me. Once sure of my path I perform five hand seals very quickly (Tiger → Ox → Dog → Rabbit → Snake), This motion alone releases a strong gust of wind that carries a few rocks up into the air and away in front of me.

I quickly perform four handseals, at the conclusion of my sequence I quickly gather to my lungs and concentrate on getting it as thin and sharp as possible, once satisfied I release the wind chakra as a razor sharp gust of wind which slices through the grassy fields ahead.

Description: The users gathers his Fuuton chakra into the lungs to blow out a sphere of air at his target that can blow backwards the opponent and small objects around him.

Concentrate wind chakra into your lungs and blow out a wind bullet. Concentrate on the power and force of the technique and not the cutting ability. This will be able to blow small rocks, weapons, and other objects away from you as well as push back a person.

Description: The user releases a gust of wind that forms several small tornadoes. Combined with Fire Release: Running Fire that forms a circle on ground level, this creates a massive flaming hurricane.

Channel your wind chakra to form a gust of wind that transforms into several smaller tornadoes. If you use the Running Fire technique (I havent taught you that yet) then it would create a massive hurricane. You will be able to produce a stronger version of this later on.
