What if Kakashi would come directly from the other dimension right in front of Madara using raikiri??
Maybe it's possible to counter kamui from the same dimension but Madara would never see Kakashi comming from the other dimension or could stop kamui. (Only my opinion...)

thats the samething as tobirama using ftg to attack madara its all space/time jutsu, madara will sense it the sameway he sensed tobirama
