Junken is the fighting style of the hyuga. It attacks the chakra path ways and chakra points by using chakra that flows throught their finger tips. Thereby injuring organs and since one can't make their organs tougher a juken strike to the heart is potentially fatal. There is no known way to defend ones own body from a junken strike when it connects.

Frog kata is a fighting style one learns when they master frog sage mode. The user covers themselves in an aura of natural energy that increases the users range and potency of attacks. A frog kata user can even hit you by using the nature enegy aura even if their primary attack is dodged. The punch from the aura alone is enough to criple the preta path. The nature energy aura itself is invisble to non-sage mode users.

I think frog kata is better, but it depends on who are you fighting sometimes. Both are good, but I think frog kata can be more powerful. It did took out a pain body with a single atack.

It all depends on the user...Everything is.

They are both fighting styles with different aspects; therefore they would come handy in different situations.

But there is this; Frog Kata requires entering sage mode; and someone can't do it right off the bat also someone can keep that mode for some minutes; while Juuken is pretty much automatic(since it is a part of "base" arsenal) and can be maintained by the fighter for a longer period of time since it does not require a "mode".

I picked both are badass, because I actually DO think both are badass. Juuken has looked cool since Part I. Frog Kata is a different style of fighting.

But Frog Kata wins. Sage Mode increases speed and danger perception. In this way, we can like it to the Sharingan. Although the Sage Mode user cannot SEE the movements, they can sense the danger as to what is about to happen and act accordingly.

Keep in mind that this was only a clone. The real Naruto would likely do this more efficiently.

Since Naruto at least had reaction time fast enough to dodge the Third Raikage, a character faster than any known Hyuuga (who might I add, are the ONLY users of Juuken), who is also noted for his speed, he shouldn't have a problem taking out any singular Hyuuga clan member as they still have to make direct contact in order to close the chakra system.

Rotation isn't going to do much if a Sage Mode user closes in due to their enhanced durability. Naruto ran straight into it during the Chuunin exams and still had enough energy to run around and celebrate his victory over Neji.

Although the Hyuuga clan is powerful, they aren't quite at the level of any Sage Mode user.

While it is situational in some cases and depends on the users own taijutsu skill, (though most Hyuugas are taijutsu experts) I think people are underestimating the elements of Jyuuken.

Jyuuken attacks the chakra system inside the body and cannot be blocked by even the toughest body(meaning that even the third raikage with the toughest body in the world could go down easily with this technique if he were hit with it without his ration armor) The only way to avoid taking damage is to make sure that NO attacks hit the body at all, something that not many people are capable of doing unless they themselves are at least proficient in taijutsu in general.

And by the way the body armor made by Kidomaru was said to be chakra resistant, so its not like all armors are effective in protecting the body from jyuuken attacks.

I could also go into detail about the other more powerful techniques, but since this is mainly just about the style itself on not the techniques I will cut it short here.

Overall, don't underestimate the Jyuuken just cause the main character is not using it. It is still regarded as the most powerful and deadly taijutsu style in the leaf
