Kaguya doesn't possess PP. The chakra simply becomes a part of her. She absorbs through hair and first dimension only where the IT victims are.

Hashirama questioned why he closed his eyes. Naruto said he has the ability, but keep in mind Naruto was clueless to the fact Madara lost his Rinnegan and was revived at that moment.

Madara can somehow use eye techniques like susanoo without eyes so its not an issue, Amaterasu was absorbed.

And if it was on his back why his hair is still perfect? It should have been burned (as we can see he didnt cut his hair lol)
About the burning cloths.. as i said.. the absorbation is slow so there was a part that burned the cloths and the armor so they were already useless.
