Sage Frog Kata Aura is a physical attack; so it can be blocked by Susanoo and EMS is unknown, however, it would seem to have it similarities to the abilities of the Sharingan eye and MS, but less effects are applied. You haven't specifically included the abilities; so I am assuming that they are not included. Sharingan could doge movement, but its up to the User on how fast they can react to the attack. Therefore, Frog Kata Aura and EMS could go both ways.
