Im not sure what to think, my inclination is toward Vegeta, however he did power up to ssj, and was at the same time holding back.

If Frost was strong enough to even hold a candle to any form of DBS Goku, regardless of the level he was fighting at back then....then he can sure as there f*ck up that Vegeta. Badly.

Yeah I watched that one too. I loved how Zamasu tagged him by surprise while he was laying hands on Goku Black and Vegeta didn't even pause to give him a glance. He just shook it off and kept the pressure on Goku Black. Finally the boss status he deserves

I'm not sure if it's true or not but the way he portrayed Vegeta in Z sure made it seem that way. Maybe the backlash from fans changed his mind a bit.
