Apparently there were some stragglers from Frieza's regime who wished Frieza back to life with the Dragon Balls. He also becomes a god like Bills, Whis, and Goku. How? No one knows yet.

This would be the perfect scenario for Vegeta to not only finally defeat Frieza but become a god too.
Out of everyone in DBZ, Frieza f*cked over Vegeta the most. Killed his father, enslaved his race, eradicated his race, destroyed his planet, kept him pretty much as a slave/pet, and finally killed him in the most vulnerable and emotional point of his life this far. I'm not even a fan of the character but Vegeta must beat Frieza this time.

Frieza is a far, far superior villain. Easily the best DBZ has had. Cell is magnificent and a total badass, don't get me wrong. But Frieza simply deserves this.
