Blake takes out her sword and channels chakra into it and swings her sword in a circular motion using the chakra in the sword to create 6 star figures, double the size of normal shurikens, in front of them. She then points the sword at you and has the stars launch at you and when the starts get to you the stars form into a collar like object that attaches onto you and then squeezes you and bind you. The bind will also be powered by senchakra due to her clan's ability.

As you are now bind Blake spits out water to create a phoenix shaped made up of water that is as big as the hawk Sasuke summoned during the fight with Danzo and send sit straight at you. The water phoenix is also powered by senchakra.

Cifer notices the opponent drawing out her sword and swinging in a circular motion, looking at it Cifer widens the gap between his legs and lifts his right hand parallel to the ground waiting for the move. When she complete revolved the sword, six start figures can towards Cifer, without wasting a single moment, when the star figures were near. Cifer activates the absorption mark i.e the upper mark by channeling raw chakra into it via the right hand. With the absorption mark activated and the figures near, Cifer forcefully extracts the physical and the spiritual power of the star figures making them vanished into another dimension of the mark storing there.
(Meiton: Kyūketsukō) - Dark Release: Inhaling Maw
After stopping the bind, Cifer sees Blake creating a humongous hawk heading towards him and realizes that a small burst of stream of fire wouldn't do the trick as it would not exactly harm the hawk being such a huge size. Deducing this, Cifer concentrates immense amount of fire chakra in his stomach whilst performing the horse hand seal and then pushing it to his mouth. Then Cifer spews it out while shaping it to form a large stream enveloping everything before him in range upto the long range. On it's way, the Hawk got entirely destroyed and is now heading towards Blake. If it hits Blake, the great Blake, would become a bake. (Kind of rhyming I think XD)

As Blake sees your fire coming towards her, Blake exhales a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent out for her mouth and has it collides with the fire and continues on towards you.
(Suiton: Suidan no Jutsu) - Water Release: Water Bullet Technique
As the water in going towards you Blake does the snake hand sign and channels her chakra into the ground to change the ground into a fine sand like dust quality, then she uses her chakra to make sand/dust in the ground turn into Hydrophobic Sand, in a short to mid range with a 10 meter radius, while also being Mid Range in depth.
(Nirro Suna: Shūkai) Red Sand Release: Gathering
Blake then does a single hand sign and channels her water chakra into the sky. She uses it to start having the entire terrain start to rain and allowing Blake to start to use her Rain jutsus later on.
