Friendly fight

This would be my first battle and I would like to fight with somebody to gain expierience. Since I'm new here are newbie rules :

1.only one element
2.only D and C rank jutsu
3.no custom jutsu
4.no kekke-genkai
5.my opponent will choose the area we're fighting

• Type:Supplementary
• Range:Short-Mid
• Chakra cost:10
• Damage Points:N/A
• Descripton: Covers area in a mist that can be thick.

and

Hidden Mist Eye Sight Deprevation
• Type:Supplementary
• Range:Short-Mid
• Chakra cost:15(-3 each turn to keep it active)
• Damage Points:N/A
• Descripton:Using the hidden mist jutsu the user reflects the natural light an a way that it blinds there opponent tempoaraly aslong as the opponent is in the mist.
• Note:Must have already used hidden mist jutsu

I take a hit and then I use:

(Suiton:Seibun Houfutsu)-Water Style:Water Cannon Replica
• Type:Supplementary
• Range:Short-Mid
• Chakra cost:15
• Damage Points:N/A
• Descripton: user makes water come from the ground in the form of medium sized water droplets that then converge on the targets location or the water can come from directly under the opponents feet

to create water around us

and then I use

(Suiton:Mizu No Tatsumaki)-Water Style:Water Tornado
• Type:Attack
• Range:Short-Mid
• Chakra cost:15
• Damage Points:30
• Descripton: A tornado of water that attcks opponent with considerable force and can be used on land aslong as theres a source of water near by.
