What am i suppose to do?

Well he deviated so you can't play the main variation of the fried liver attack. Personally I dislike being on the receiving end of the fired liver attack so I just play the Alekhine's defense. If you look at that h6 pawn move from a different perspective you'd realized that black has severely weakened his kingside so if black should castle kingside then white should castle queen side and start a pawn storm. To aid in you in your mating attack you should strive to make Bxh6 tactically justified. Notice black won't be able to pawn storm on the queen side because he'll be on defensive, that is unless you screw up and give him the advantage/initiative.
