the concept is really good when they are fighting but cant concentrate on the fight without getting a boner.!!

I read it off and on as the releases are pretty irregular. There was a point in the first part of the manga that I considered dropping it as it was just way too echhi. It has gotten better though still not great. There have been a crazy amount of deaths recently and they have all been pretty horrific almost as horrific as AoT's kills, so there's that.
