[Xbox 360] Freeze a lot?

Hi guys i need your help today.
I've been getting a lot of freezes on Rosalinds boss battle on a game called lollipop Chainsaw. It always froze on the loading screen right after the cutscene where Rosalind becomes a zombie and tells Juliets that she fixed the bus.
I pressed "continue from the checkpoint" and it always froze at that certain bit.
Help?

Is it scratched any, does your 360 do it to any other game?

I'm guessing its the cd. It should b pirated. Get a new one.

The disk isnt scratched, and my xbox doesnt freeze any other games except lollipop chainsaw.

I bought the game from Game.co.uk I'm pretty sure it isnt pirated.

It should work, if there's problems with the disk, then you should always install. The hard drive does all of the work.
