A gentle breeze passes Saito when he practices his strikes against a dummy in the solitude of a clearing in the middle of a forrest where he new there were no distractions. With every punch and kick, his focus has gotten so intense it was like he was actually fighting an invisible person before him. The wind had gotten stronger, the heat from the suns rays had gotten more intense but he couldnt even feel the difference because he was so focused. After a while time flew by and he decided to take a break for himself because he continued his workout.
Saito then walked to a tree that had his belongings, being his sheath katana, his workout towel, some after workout food, and his outer garment just incase it had gotten colder in the night. Saito had sat down against the tree and reached for his towel before patting his face to remove the sweat from it.

Yosamu had wandered the forest long enough.. his legs a little tired and his mind a little stretched. This 'stamina' exercise had turned out to be a pain avoiding wild animals and poisonous plants rather than a peaceful jog through nature. He used his sleeve to wipe the sweat from his forehead, but gently, as it's rough texture had scarred his skin before. He saw a clearing after a while, it seemed wide enough to assume human activity was taking place. He then cranked up his speed through the dense woodland.
As he entered the clearing he saw a relaxing man, sitting under a tree, wiping sweat from his face. No doubt he was also training, the dummy said it all. Not feeling threatened Yosamu walked across the broad clearing as deliberately as he could, as hastily walking over there could mean he had impure intentions. As he neared the man he shouted slightly

"Hey, got any water with you?"
while wiping the sweat out of his face Saito noticed something heading toward him, the closer it came the more obvious to make out it was a person. With the speed the person was drawing closer with, it seemed as if the person had malice intent. in result Saito flips into a backhand spring onto the truck of the tree before kicking off of it to propel himself into a large leap before the mysterious person.
As Saito lands he takes the offensive stance. His left arm between his side and his opponent by having it bended at a right angle while his right is positioned across his chest, arm bent at a right angle as well with his fist just below his chin. his left foot in front foot is positioned forward, toward the mysterious person with the knee slightly bent and the right behind him facing outward to his right side. Saito enter this stance in a moment before referring to the mysterious person before him.

"Whoa, calm down there bud. I just come for water, nice flip there, and that stance... You seem to be well versed in combat. Tell you what.."
Yosamu clenched his right fist and brought it around his back to bump the bottom part of his sword scabbard, which pushed his blade 'Itsuki' into the air. He then used his left hand to grab the airborne blade and bring it down before his face, directly between both his eyebrows and his nose. His crimson eyes gleamed at the man through the tiny mask slits.
He then placed a thumb on the handle and brought it down so the tip was facing the man, very slowly. His left hand then accompanied the right, birthing a two hand grip on his shinobigatana. He then slid his left foot in an inside arc north east of his left, providing a generic yet deadly sword stance.
"...entertain me!"
Seeing his new opponent pull out his crimson red eyes and his sword in a ready stance, he stands upright with a smirk to his face before turning back to the tree before walking to it and reaching for his katana leaning against the trunk of the tree still sheathed in the scabbard.
Saito: so you want some swordplay? it'll be my pleasure to cut you down. just make it worth my time before you bleed.

Yosamu breathed as he dashed forward releasing a two handed slice coming from his right downwards diagonally ending at his lower left side. At this strike his left foot still in it's initial position and only his right foot had moved, forming a wide footed stance while cutting at the man. This was a test strike to test his valor
as the opponent's strike comes down from his opponents right/my left, Saito makes a simple twist of the left wrist as the right hand on the hilt of the katana followed while making a quick backstep to allow the swing to come down before Saito to his right, parrying the sword to redirect the strike without distorting the momentum of the swing to throw the opponent off balance.

As Yosamu brought the blade down he could almost predict the elaborate side step his opponent would perform, hence it being his dummy swing. As his sword went towards the ground right hand over left on the grip he flicked his left wrist forward while keeping the right hand steady. This resulted in his blade coming back to his aid in the blink of an eye.
This motion caused the tip and the region near it to flick upwards to protect his shoulder area without him actually moving his hand o defend the weakspot. As the sound of blade on blade rang out Yosamu gleamed at his opponent. He seems to be an opportunist, or maybe he's a quick striker?

"I've made my folly, it's your turn, samurai.."
when the opponent had successfully defended his attack he waited for his opponent to counter but he never did but instead waited for saito to strike. Saito had no problem with this and was more than ready. Saito then position the handle of the katana with both hands on it, the left being near the tsuba and the right being closer to the hilt, and had the katana pointed toward his opponent. meanwhile Saito still continued to maintain the front horse stance before taking a quickstep forward and thrusting it at chest height towards the opponents sternum. Saito knows that the strongest attack made by the samurai is the thrust. and was planning to end it as soon as possible. thats what he did when he stabbed his opponent in the heart.

With his blade still positioned at his shoulder and the handle at his waist Yosamu knew his opponent was versed in Kenjutsu, and he also knew now he was a quick striker rather than an opportunist. Which was more than he needed for this sword fight. When saito noticed that the blade was going to be swung at chest height, he raised the invertedly held katana, positioning it diagonally before the torso as his opponent's blade clashed before focusing chakra to his left arm giving him more than enough strength in that arm to push the opponents blade upward, resulting in leaving the opponent completely open.

As Yosamu felt his blade parry upwards by a chakra aided arm he was surprised the samurai would resort to near shinobi tactics already. He allowed the blade to follow the powerful arm while simultaneously pulling his exquisite scabbard from his back. Being so close to the opponent's diagonal strike Yosamu simply used his left hand to raise the scabbard horizontal- blocking the devastating attack while pushing back the opponent and his blade.
As the opponent would slide back Yosamu would bring down his parried blade in a diagonal strike coming from his top right- the direction it was parried, coming down to his bottom left. Ending at the attacker's knee.

As a samurai, Saito knew to the basics close Quarters combat. it was simply react, counter, finish. So when his opponent reacted to his attack by cleverly defending against by blowing back his blade as he blocked His strike, he could instinctively expect a counter attack following it. Now was the time for Saito to react to make sure he continues to stay on top of the battle.

(It's only logical, a roll, spring, and attack stance can't all take place before the average shinobi takes a simple strike.)

Saito uses the momentum of the dash to spin to the side of the thrust. Saito uses the spin to transfer the power of the momentum to his dash to his right foot as he leaps off his left foot and thrust his right foot to the chest of his opponent in the form of a spinning back kick. with the extra power, the opponent falls on their back to the ground.
as the opponent falls,Saito follows by turning his body towards the opponent again before raising his left foot into the sky before forcefully bringing it down as he comes down on the opponent just as the opponents back hit the ground. the force from the falling axe kick would smash the opponent ribcage.

For once, his calculations were incorrect. He assumed his opponent to be right handed- he was wrong. To his dismay the opponent was more gifted with his left and delivered a rather impressive spin kick to his chest. However, having braced for the hit Yosamu absorbed the hit directly into his chest while placing his sword behind him jamming it into the ground. Then, having the scabbard still in his left hand he delivered a crippling blow ti the opponent's Achilles tendon with sheer blunt force before he would have time to retract it. This would cause no more usage of the said foot.
The blow against the Achilles would also send his foot upwards, for a split second. As this second opens Yosamu braced his right arm, which had his blade in reverse grip from before to anchor himself, and delivered another decisive blow to the opponent's crotch area with the hilt of his blade. This blow was so precise and powerful he would be flung back into the trees he took his blade from.

as the opponent thrust the scabbard towards Saito's dropping foot, Saito noticed the opponent's counter and to prevent major damage to his foot, he repositions it to where he would step down on the top end of the scabbard with the ball of his foot before pushing off to jump over the opponent. As Saito is invertedly over his opponent Saito swings from inward from left to right across his opponent's throat the cut the opponent and cause the opponent to choke on his own blood before landing safely to the ground.
As Saito touches ground, briefly takes the quickdraw position before making a quick turn around and dashing pass the chocking opponent before drawing the blade and slashing the opponent across their midrif in an attempt to cut them in half and ending the battle.
