Hannibal The Cannibal:
"I see that many have high expectations of you just like me.... I have heard quite some things about you, though I believe I do not need to introduce myself to you.... nevertheless, I believe I will invite you for dinner when I am finished here"
As Hannibal looks at Giovanni from his mid-ranged position towards you, he begins to have a small grin on his face while he feels his own blood circling through his veins while feeling the urge for blood. While standing there in his regular suit, he slowly places his hands in both his pockets where he has several shuriken hidden, whereas he looks up at you from the ground showing his teeth that are similar to that of a wolf. His eyes began seemingly to look completely red while his fingers entangled the shuriken holding them between his fingers in his pockets while his nostrils expanded as he could smell his opponent and his blood from this distance. His urge for blood was immense when he began his motion pulling his hands out of his pockets, throwing the shuriken from his hands just the second they were revealed from his pockets with a simple flick of his wrists resulting in sending 8 shuriken flying towards Giovanni aimed for both his arms, legs and chest. Simultaneously as he threw them he jumped forward on all four running almost like a wolf towards Giovanni then when entering short-range he jumps up twisting his body making it rotating sideways in the air delivering a downward sidekick straight to his shoulder and then as his leg makes contact he immediately swings his other leg up on the other side of your head smashing it down upon your other shoulder and then squeezing his legs together, he lays a massive pressure upon your head as he makes a backflip holding your head between his legs swinging you through the air and smashing your head into the ground before he jumps several meters away facing you.

Looking at the monstrous opponent he is facing, Giovanni discards the burning cigarette from his mouth before taking a last smoke. Seeing how Hannibal puts his hands into his pockets, Giovanni lets out the smoke from his mouth and nose. As the smoke covers his face, he closes his eyes. As he opens them again the veins on his temples bulge, his eyes are completely white as he is able to see all the chakra and things surrounding him. He smiles as the shuriken head his way and as they do he gets into the standard, low Hyuuga stance while charging chakra into his index and middle fingers. With the shuriken closing in on him, Giovanni tips each of the shuriken as they pass by with a burst of chakra, knocking them out of their trajectory, while moving his legs and body to dodge any weapon. Since he was moving towards the shuriken as he sent them to the sides, he would be closer to Hannibal at least for a few steps.
Seeing how Hannibal charges, Giovanni stands calmly waiting for the attack to come without even looking straight towards him. As Hannibal pushes himself of the ground, Giovanni dashes forwards in a lowered stance once again, letting himself drop to the ground while turning to his right, so his back is facing the ground. This way he would find himself beneath Hannibal, with his vulnerable underside exposed. As Giovanni is going down to the ground he launches both his palm forwards releasing a burst of chakra through them and striking you Hannibal's abdominal area, damaging the internal organs while also disturbing his balance and causing him to fall over his head and onto his back, several meters away from Giovanni. He then gets back up, fixing his glasses again.

(Dōjutsu: Byakugan) Eye Technique: The All Seeing White Eye

Description:
One of the Three Great Dōjutsu (San Daidōjutsu), the Byakugan is the kekkei genkai of the Hyuga clan. Bearers of this Dõjutsu have almost featureless white eyes. When the Byakugan is activated, the user's pupils become more distinct, and the veins near their temples bulge as the blood flow to their eyes is increased. While having the Byakugan deactivated, Hyuga ninjas have a normal eyesight and no special addition to their vision. While low rank Hyugas will need to perform a sequence of hand seals ( Horse → Tiger with lifting just index fingers → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Hare → Rat → Dog → Horse → Dog → Hare → Rat → Boar with nearly straightened fingers → Snake with the right index finger lifted straight up) to activate their Byakugan, Hyuga masters will be able to do so without the need for any hand seals and even have it active passively for long periods of time. Once activated, the user gains access to all of the abilities the Byakugan bestows upon them. While, like other Dojutsu, its main ability is to see chakra and the chakra flow in sentient beings, the Byakugan adds a complete new detail and dimension to that ability. The user can not only see chakra and the chakra flow, but also the circulatory system and even the 361 tenketsu. Added to this ability, once activated the Byakugan grants the user a near perfect field of vision 360º around himself (up to long-range if he's a master). This field of vision has only one blind spot, slightly above the 3rd thoracic vertebrae and facing backwards but enables the user to actually even see his own chakra circulatory system and chakra flow, which explains why all Hyuugas are so adept and masterfull of precise chakra control. The last ability the Byakugan has is the ability to zoom in and out, focusing on specific things, piercing beyond matter and energy alike, as well as chakra. This specific ability allows the user to see pass most barriers as well as physical matter (like rock walls, ground, etc) but also energy, being able to focus beyond chakra that might be in front of them or other energies. The zooming ability is enhanced as the user becomes more adept at using his eyes and can even reach distances above 20kms away. Some Hyugas have shown a great awareness regarding agressiveness as well as killing intent, detecting such intentions and emotions from others with more ease than most.
Note: Activation spends a move from the users own move count but once the user reaches Sannin Rank and has gained mastery over Gentle Fist for 1 month, he can activate it passively without spending a move. Because of its low chakra cost to maintain, the user can keep it active throughout the whole fight as long as he has chakra and stamina to do so.
Note: Genjutsu that requires Eye Contact when used against a Byakugan user requires direct eye contact between enemy pupil and user's pupil

While Hannibal is dashing towards Giovanni, he notices that how he counters the incoming shuriken without the slightest of difficulties and then as Hannibal jumps towards Giovanni he notices the white eyes and immediately he knows he is a Hyuuga. But before Hannibal could react and even before he could pull the kunai out from his pouch the Hyuuga had moved right beneath him, and just as they make eye contact, Hannibal feels Giovanni's palms strike him in the stomach thrusting him upwards and away from him with a surge of pain going through him, and as Hannibal lands on the ground several meters away rolling across the ground in the dirt until he finally gets up on his knees, he instantly looks up at Giovanni with a fierce face thirsting for blood, and as he notices his own blood dripping from his cheek, he slowly wipes it off with a finger and licks it clean before smiling at Giovanni.
"Impressive a Hyuuga member.... its been a while since I fought one of you.. care for another round....."
As he says this he slowly stands up and pulls off his blazer and shirt revealing his muscled upper body which is filled with scars from previous battles and experiments, though the most interesting thing was the seal upon his chest. The seal was immediately activated as small markings began to spread out from the seal covering his entire body going across every part of it and onto his fingertips. As his nails looked like they grew slightly longer and his teeth for some reason looked even sharper as he slowly ran a hand through his hair putting it back in place.
"Are you ready..."
Still feeling the pain in his chest, he slowly begins to walk towards Giovanni, though with every step the seal takes over his body hindering him from feeling the pain from the previous strike, while it also enhanced his powers all round, as he jumped forward with a round house kick still in mid-range from Giovanni as he simultaneously pull out a kunai from his pouch hanging on his hip throwing it so it followed the current path of the leg making it head straight for Giovanni's feet as the leg passed by revealing it. Just as Hannibal lands on the ground he activates the tag on the kunai making it explode just before it reaches you resulting in an explosion which rips up parts of dirty and smoke aimed for your eyes, hindering you from seeing anything, as Hannibal then slide across the ground to right in front of you dropping down sideways delivering an upwards kick straight to the stomach sending you flying into the air while Hannibal then pushes off with his hands, jumping up making a quick front flip smashing his heel into your chest breaking several rips sending you back towards the ground. Whereas Hannibal then lands on the ground two meters away.

When the state it done, the lines will become a solid black. While active, the seal actively consumes the users chakra in order to produce and fuel Senjutsu Chakra into his body. While in this stage the user gains +10 damage to his elemental Ninjutsu and +5 to his Taijutsu. His physical strength is slightly improved as is his speed.

Seeing the chakra fluctuations in Hannibal's body and the marks spreading along his skin and the enhancment in his chakra, Giovanni knows he must have activated some sort of boost. Ignoring that for the moment he doesn't worry due to his physical prowess and powerful dojutsu. As Hannibal jumps and spins, Giovanni notices his hand moving and the kunai being launched whereas his leg is used as cover. Noticing the exploding tag on the kunai Giovanni quickly draws a kunai of his own and throws it with a simple flick of his wrist knocking the dangerous explosive out of it's trajectory and preventing it from reaching. The tag then goes off exploding as Hannibal lands dust being raised in between them. Using the dust raised to his advantage Giovanni channels his chakra into his hands practicing the style of Jyuuken.
Using the dust cloud as cover Giovanni has clear vision of his opponent through the cloud due to his eyes. Since Hannibal would be running towards Giovanni thinking he was blinded, Giovanni exploits that and strikes the air with his hands. Apparently nothing happens but if a closer look is given one could see the disturbances in the air of the near to invisible chakra blasts being released from his hands. He releases a total of eight bursts each of them aimed for Hannibal 4 heading for his limbs and the remaining ones towards his upper body. They would connect as he was aiming for the strike to Giovanni's chest, the strikes throwing him off balances and sending him flying dealing some damage to his body.

As Hannibal throws his kunai while in his Curse Mark mode, he is so angered that it is difficult for him to control his emotions and his reactions, though when Giovanni throws his own kunai, which would make contact with metal, which he could distinguish through the noise of Giovanni pulling out the kunai from his pouch, with his enhanced hearing, he noticed him pulling it out and throwing it, and when he finally lands to see a cloud of dust being raised, he quickly conducts that the kunai must have been aimed for his kunai and thus never reached Giovanni. Hannibal knowing that he is up against a Byakugan, knows that Giovanni is capably of seeing him right now, and will possible make an attack, and to not make this obvious, Hannibal quickly pulls out 4 kunai connected by an incredible thin wire, almost invisible to the normal eye, and throws them in a square aimed towards your previous location, where he immediately dashes forward. These kunai were intended to strike you and entangle you with the wire, but instead they connected with 2 or 3 of the blasts you made, which warned Hannibal about your intentions and without hesitation and while still dashing towards you, he quickly performs a single hand seal whereas his skin begins to turn darker as it hardens to a steel like quality, though it is also combined with the fact that he is a Cursed State increasing his ninjutsu abilities rapidly and thus when he makes contact with your technique it does not affect him at all. Just as he activates this technique his jumps through the cloud of dust after being hit by your technique and we are now in close range, where he quickly pulls out a single shuriken thrown with the back flip of his wrist sending it aimed for your foot while he then while in mid air begins to spin similar to the Gatsuka of the Inuzuka clan with his arms raised forward as his jump is aimed for your chest.

The destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great, all purpose technique. But this technique when activated leaves the user vulnerable to lightning based techniques.
