While my upper body takes that stance, i swiftly move my right leg torwards you, ending up in a Muay Thai fighting stance as that happens i use the rotation of my hips and raise my left leg and make a low kick torwards your knee joint, while at the same time hardening my muscles on my stomach> abs, this will give me the strenght to stop my swift kick whenever i want or change the direction.*
