Free phone calls

Anyone know an app which lets you call from wifi for free, Im out of credit and need to make an important phone call, the app needs to be received as an original call

But the other person doesnt have skype, also no internet access

There was an app which lets you call people free from internet for up to 60 minutes per month and the person your calling recieve it as a regular call, but I forgot app name

if the receiving person has no credit nor internet access then none would work since at least one is required.

Viber and Skype but I think the other person has to have those apps (well they are free though). Oh and vonage maybe?

I usually use Skype. (Used to use Viber before but it kind of messed up with my phone xD)

The only inconvenience is that both of you must have internet access and the application. As far as I know, there´s no application that allows you to "free" call to anyone.

But, you can get Skype, pay some kind of subscription and use Skype as a common phone and call phone numbers.
(Edit: Saw that last one on Skype´s ads xD Not confirmed if it works yet or not )
