Lee Sin realizes that his gig is up. His greatest advantage, his opponent underestimating him, was blown. His grin turned more mischievous as Sarutobi-san complemented him. Surely the Hokage was smart, but he had no idea what Lee had in store for him. I'll show this man my strength! was Lee Sin's original thought coming into the arena, but he realized that if he could defeat the Hokage in a 1v1 it would show Konoha Kirigakure's power. Whilst this thought ran through his head his opponent spun a tagged kunai out of his side and into his hand. His right hand was held out with the kunai ready to take on the Hyuuga. Smiling the Third Hokage asks for Lee Sin's name.
"My name, is Lee Hyuuga." Lee says in his low keyed raspy voice. Of course the Third Hokage must have known him before Lee headed out for Suna and Kiri. The man however, had no idea of the travels and encounters Lee's endured. From Natsu to Ling, he has faced formidable opponents and was ready to face off the man infront of him. The wind blew a leaf across his eyes, floating gently to the earth. Lee flexed his muscles and the moment the leaf hit the earth he propelled himself at Sarutobi at blinding speeds that he has achieved with his incredibly Taijutsu/Hyuuga training over the years. He knew the old man could keep up and wanted to have a fun fight, whilst being serious. Leaping forth Lee spun his entire body to the right so he would be facing his right side at an almost 90 degree angle while keeping an eye on Hiruzen. As soon as Lee was within striking range he threw out a vicious palm strike, rotating his body back to his original position with his right palm flying towards.. Hiruzen's left hand aiming to get the ugly kunai out of the equation. Lee Sin was most proficient in hand to hand combat due to his Hyuuga and Taijutsu prowess, weapons were nothing more then a nuisance to him. Using his extremely muscular build, momentum and weight transfer he was sure he could smash into Hiruzen's hand or flat part of the kunai to get it out. Naturally his hand should be able to power through thus putting him to Hiruzen's side with his speed. His shoulder would be parallel to Hiruzen's hip, with his hand traveling down towards the earth he put his Shinobi acrobatics into work. His right hand slammed into the earth while his right stayed ready to snatch out a kunai, or guard something whilst the rest of his body came up. He was planning to do a front handspring at a 70 degree angle of elevation from the earth so that his left heel would smash into the Hokage's right eye and his right heel would hit the Hokage in the chest. With his momentum and speed this would surely knock the Hokage back if he were to block it and if not seriously injure him. Choosing to not push his luck against such a formidable opponent Lee Sin chooses not to follow through with his handspring after having made contact and just having his feet fall back the way they came onto the ground very quickly and raising himself up to face the Hokage once more, ready to press his advantage if there are any.
"Strike quickly, was what Natsu-san taught me. But is this all the Leaf have to offer?" whilst saying this Lee Sin notices the uproar the Leaf crowd is in for him making such a quick and nimble attack against the Hokage. They all knew now, that he meant business since such feats were only possible from an actual Taijutsu enthusiast or a Taijutsu master. Lee Sin's eyes however, never left Sarutobi. "Come now, and show me all you have." With that Lee Sin got ready to strike the Hokage once more.
