Terrain: A grassy field (nothing else but grass as long as we can see) it is raining heavily, while the wind is blowing to the right.

Jiraiya in sig (he has a katana strapped to his back and he has ninja hand claws and foot spikes on.

I'll accept your challenge going to be using agramon howler

*appears at mid-range as soon as I land I throw 2 shuriken coming from your left and right side then another 2 in the middle aimed at your face and stomach then I take a fighting stance with one sword out at a slant being held like a kunia and the other hand that's free being held at a opposite slant and in a tiger claw shape with scarf blowing in the wind narrowing eyes not making a sound*

Bro already stated i would make the first move O_O

First Move:

Jiraiya: "Hey kid... your kinda young to be challenging a legendary sannin... bwahahaha.."

*As your standing there with your staff, Jiraiya puts both hands in his pouch and pulls out a single kunai in each hand (left hand has two hidden Senbon in the palm, where he throws the kunai in his right hand towards you in an angle of 30 degrees making it come towards you quite fast, while he then throws the kunai in his left hand in an angle of 75 degrees towards your position which will strike your forehead, while your distracted, he then dashes towards you with his right hand closed into a fist while his left hand is partly open hanging down his side*

*I sprint towards the kunia coming towards me the fastest and you I quickly bring my sword upwards in a slashing motion turning the sword sideways to deflect it up above my head going behind me then as I continue running I duck under the other kunia that would've hit my forehead not losing speed dragging my sword then I reach into my pouch and throw two shuriken one at each of your eyes with my free hand while you deal with that I continue to travel towards you*

*As you concentrate on my first thrown kunai, I slowly draw my katana from my back and stab it into the ground right in front of myself, and as you deflect the kunai coming closer while throwing two shuriken, I pull off my cloak throwing it in such an angle that it will deflect your shuriken while obscuring both of our vision, and simultaniously in that moment the cloak is in front of us, and soon as I see just a part (your hair etc) of you I thrust my hand forward still out of sight throwing both senbon in my hand towards your head, the first senbon flying towards your left eye while the other is thrown towards your throat, and since they are so small it will be difficult to detect, as I take up my katana, quickly pulling out two more senbon*

*As you throw your cloak in front of you obscuring both of our views I quickly turn sideways while slicing through your cloak and nicking your chest while doing this the two senbon that were thrown at me whiz by my body nicking my armor in the front then aafter the slice in 1 fluent motion I quickly spin and kick you in the stomach knocking you back 4 feet then I jump back 10 feet while jumping I release two explosive towards your location and after doing that I draw my second sword holding both like kunias and taking a low stance with one in the front of me at nose height the other behind my back at thigh level by low stance I mean basically crouching*

(You only blocked the senbon ment for your throat since you have armor but I looked at your bio, and you have no protection in your head and did not defend your head)

*As you cut through my cloak while dashing towards me, the senbon I threw before would be deflected except the one which was intented for your face, which strikes you in the eye making your left eye blind (this would stop your entire move) and so when in pain, I quickly pick up my katana with my right hand from the ground sending an upwards slash to your armor while jumping and twisting my body to the right in the air, while kicking you in the face with my left leg sending you into the ground*
