History: Frederick was born of the Uchiha clan of Konoha. After Rouge Ninja killed his parent's he ran from the village. he was only 8 years old, the only possession's he took with him was his mother's headband and his father's military uniform which he now wears in remembrance of his parents lost and to the village he know's he can never go back too. (because he is now a Missing Nin for leaving the village.)
