Gonna post my top 10, then you can rate me out of 10. Don't think I will post lengthy paragraphs on why they deserve that position, it would be too wall-o-texty. But if I have to explain why, I will post a snippet.

No ties, otherwise it wouldn't be a top 10, so in areas where characters are very close, their placement is based on "just barely winning, holy shit, they need to be taken to a hospital, they will die in 10 seconds OMG, someone help".

I haven't watched any canon movies besides Naruto The Last, so somebody who might be deserving of a spot will not be there, because I haven't seen them to observe what he/she can do.

1. Kaguya
2. JJ Madara
3. Might Gai
4. Naruto
5. Sasuke
6. JJ Obito
7. Minato (Somebody get back to me if Minato can do both Sage Mode and Chakra Mode like Naruto can. Minato's placement is based on his usage of one of the two powers)
8. Itachi
9. Toneri (Tenseigan's power was not unleashed in the movie, so I'm basing his placement on his not getting the powerup)
10. Oonoki (#10 took the longest to think about, and there were a lot of close contenders, but I will chalk this one up to Oonoki, just because he can send anybody he doesn't like to another dimension within a short amount of time with his particle release)

Juubi Jinchuuriki Obito is powerful than Sasuke and Naruto.

Toneri is rank higher than Itachi in my opinion.

Might Gai kicks ass. The only reason JJ Madara survived what Might Gai did to him is because Madara was Juubi Jinchuriki. If that same hole were in Naruto or Sasuke, they would be dead before Gai dies.

Itachi negs Jiraiya,Tobirama,and the featless Hiruzen.Minato and Nagato is arguable.On top of the that Hashirama has bringer of darkness not them #mangafact and either way it's useless like he isn't an expert Sharingan user.Like I said you can't name 10 that can legitimately beat Itachi.Naruto,Sasuke,Madara,DoubleMS Obito,Kayagu,Toneri,and Momoshiki i admit can kill Itachi.Minato,Nagato,and Hashirama are debatable.Anybody else you name gets negged
