Orochimaru best thing to stop a TBB is roshomn(?-those fodder walls), which wouldn't protect the village.
Uchiha massacre would've still happened, since fox attack still happened.

I think Orochimaru would deal with obito with no problem. He would've also told the Uchiha police force to put them leases on the 9 tails. Oh snap, Minto would be dealing with the 9 tails too while Orochimaru dealing with obito.

Then the Hyūga Affair. Orochimaru would've order Danzo to attack the lightning village with full force.

The Uchiha massacre, Orochimaru would've prevent it. He wasn't even interested in sasuke's eyes as much as his body. Sasuke's body hold the truth to achieving the sage of six path power.
