who is the strongest after sanji some people say chopper some Franky some brook what do you think

It would be Robin if Oda used her more often but from what we've seen Franky. Brook has the chance with his speed but idk if he'd do better in a duel scenario then either Franky or Robin realistically. Maybe Chopper in monster point but since he can't always be Monster Chopper Franky or Robin could beat him in a fight I think.
