It's been 100 chapters exactly seeing how the war stated on chapter 515. Its hard to tell how much chapters Obito and Naruto have been fighting though since chapters tend to switch scenes a lot. But overall the war has been 100 chapters long so far

According to the story, the first day of the war ended with the attack of the Gedo Mazo, then nighttime the Zetsu's attack. Naruto only entered the war during the second day and has been fighting since the morning of the second day and right now it's he's fighting the Juubi at nighttime. So in actuality this entire war has lasted for only two whole days.
