I mean the data book says that Sakura has the earth element mean while the closest thing she got to using an earth based jutsu was getting knocked out by a rock. #TrueStory

If he knows water and earth, and also lighting, he should be able to use some kind of Kekkei Genkai. I'm not sure though.

No, its not true. DB has no effect on the manga canon.
