3rd Kazekagcan defeat the 2nd Mizukage's Secret Technique(If he thinks of it like Gaara) plus would have to worry about getting gold when his Iron would work just fine to weigh down the Exploiding Clone.
Kisame could also create that Giant Body of Water that he is the center of and cool down the Exploiding Clone so it wouldn't exploid. Also It wouldn't be able to move as fast in water.
The 4th's gold would cause problems but not for Samehada, who eats chakra. 4th dies by Kisame, with a little effort. Yet it wouldn't be an great battle, "Go gold... Shit I can't control it anymore... He's absorbing my chakra with his sword." Dead!
The 3rd Kazekage might not be able to beat the 4th for Gold weighs more than Iron. He would just wiegh it done. Yet since he had Magnetic Release he might be able to control it as well. IF he can then since the Manga states that the 3rd is said to be that strongest Kazekage of them all, Fear even, so I think he could over power the 3rd Kazekage.
