More or less what I described.

Description:
Archenemy origin is unknown. Nobody knows who created or for what purpose. All is known about Phantom is that an unknown swordsman appeared one day. The swordsman single handed wiped out an entire platoon of konoha Shinobi without even drawing his sword. Impressed by his swordsmanship the konoha elite offered him a position to teach but he declined as it wasn't his ability that had helped him but the sword he carried. Years passed and the swordsman seemed to of disappeared but one day a package arrived that contained the very sword that the swordsman had carried. There was also a note saying that the swordsman had given up his ways and wanted konoha to protect the sword until one day a new wielder was choosen. Now able to see the sword up close it really was an amazing weapon. Phantom takes the form of a traditional nodachi. Its hilt is wrapped in a dark red colored wrapping which features a gold pommel and studs along the hilt. One of the distinct thing is the presence of bandages at the tsuba section of the sword which wraps the sword tight to the scabbard with a white talisman that has the kanji of the word Seal (封 Fū), hanging under the stuba by a metal chain composed of two links. Additionally, the scabbard of is white in color with gold protector at the end which is decorated with a small gold design and a red colored rope tied in the lower section of the scabbard.
Abilities
-Phantom can be used to cut even while sheathed due a layer of chakra coating the sheathe.
-The sword is just a normal sword and thus has normal sword cutting abilities. The sheathe also has the cutting ability of a sword.
-Once drawn the sheathe can still cut, thus acting as another sword if wielded in the off hand.
-Phantom stays sheathed until the user wants to draw it, meaning it can't be accidently unsheathed when swinging it around.

Hashi stands mid range from a strange looking fellow. His skin was of a dark color. The dark color signaled that he was from the land of lightning just north of of the land of fire. His stood like he was of high importance. His body language said the he was unconcerned about Hashi. This made Hashi smile, his blood started to race though his body as he got excited by just the thought of this new opponent.
Hey you, who are you?
Without waiting for a response Hashi stomps his foot on the ground. With the stomp Hashi sends his earth chakra into the ground. Using the chakra his causes a sphere, roughly the size of a basketball to erupt from the ground. The sphere shoots up to about Hashis chest just a foot in front of him. With the sphere lingering in the air, Hashi swivels on his left foot while also lifting his right leg and bending his knee. Once his foot comes even with the sphere he kicks forward. The kick sends the sphere flying towards you and smashing into your chest.

So im just gonna tell you, I laughed hard as hell at the bolded
The 3rd Lightning Shadow stood with his arms crossed, with a gaze as hard as steel looking at the man across from him. His skin color was a lighter tone. One that signified years of oppression, slavery, and hatred. Yes. This man was....... from Konoha. The man asked him a question and then attacked without even waiting for his answer, as if he would have answered anyway. But what the man did next made him grin just a bit.
The man lifted a large rock from the ground and kicked it over to him with great speed. The raikage stood stout as ever as the rock hurtled towards him. It got within arms reach and then, in an instant, the sound of a chainsaw was heard and the rock was shattered to pieces all around as the Third delivered a straight right punch with his golden gauntlet to the rock.

Description: The Shaving Grace is a pair of gauntlets that are connected by 2 black armbands to the user's arm on the palm side and sharp golden spikes made out of a strong and resistant chakra metal going down the other. The spikes start at the users forearm and surround it all the way down to the wrist and continues down to each individual finger however there are no spikes on the palm side of the hand, so as not to disrupt handseals. The spikes are connected to a flexible material with the parts that go down the fingers having small bands on the palm side so that they move with the users fingers. The Shaving Grace works by utilizing the high vibration used to make lightning chakra and channeling it into the gauntlets. This makes the gauntlets vibrate at a high rate with the high vibrations of the spikes moving back and forth making them function similar to a chainsaw when used.Due to this the user is able to painfully tear and rip the flesh from an opponent upon contact and even shred normal metal objects due to the the immense shredding power given. Since a large amount of lightning is channeled into the gauntlets to achieve this, the gauntlets each have the cutting power and chakra of A rank lightning however this does not mean that combined they are S rank. When activated the gauntlets make a sound similar to a chainsaw and due to the vibration the users handseals are slowed if they are activated while doing handseals.
-The shredding ability can only be used a total of 3 times each needing a 2 turn cool down
-To use the ability of the gauntlet, the user spends a move each time. The gauntlets don't have the shredding effect active at all times.
-Can only cut through a jutsu within reason.
-Can only be used or taught by Broly

Hashi watches as the man just stands there, the sphere racing toward him. Is he gonna defend hashi thought. Then in a instant a strange sound filled the air. It was an atrocious sound one hashi wished he hadn't heard. With the sound the rock seemed to explode into tiny pieces. So thats what he wanted to do. Hashi makes a mental note about the gauntlets you are wearing and how they tore straight though the rock. The man then spoke and revealed his identity.
The third Raikage, eh. I meet the first Raikage years ago. Lets see what the land of lightning has developed since then.
As the words leave his mouth hashi takes a hop forward while also turning. He lands with his back towards you. He then pivots on his left foot. As he does his swings his arms up causing a one meter by one meter block of wood to arise from the ground in front of him. With him now facing forward and the block of wood slightly in front of him hashi takes a half step forward and punches the block to sent it flying foward towards you. As the block of wood is sent forward hashi immeditly takes off to his right in an arc towards you.

As the wooden block comes towards the gruff Raikage he simply stands there in his standard position of having his arms crossed, waiting, watching as the man began to run after kicking it. The wooden block hits his grizzly chest with a thud and bounced off onto the ground as he sighs.
Why should I show you anything when you strike with such weak attacks? I thought you might of had strength but I suppose I was wrong.
He says with a smirk, standing tall and strong as if he was a stone wall.

While hashi ran in an arc he kept an eye on you. He watched the wood block speed toward you. Again he watched as you just stood there. He's gonna use those things again, hashi thought but what happened next caught hashi by suprise. The man just stood there and took the block of wood head on. This amazed hashi, granted it was a low rank jutsu but he should of still took some damage.
How are you able to take hits without sustaining any damage?

The fourth simply watched the wooden stakes hurtle towards him. "Still too weak" he said as the branches stuck into both of his arms due to having his arms crossed before simply falling to the ground. The 3rd spit on the ground to his left and stomped on the branches with his left foot, breaking them apart.
Should I crush you like I did these branches or are you going to actually show some force?

Hashi watches once again his attack just bounce off of his opponent. What will it take to damage this man. Hashi knew that this next attack must be more powerful than his other attacks. Hashi know standing just outside of short range speaks once more.

Hashi in a flash wings his arms downward toward the ground. With this simple movement a one meter by one meter pillar erupts behind you. The pillar erupts with the speed of the wind and smashes into your back pushing you forward. Hashi then swings his arm up towards the sky causing another pillar to erupt in front of you. This pillar is thinner and has a sharpened head and will pierce your chest.

I'm sure you'll find that there isn't a crack to be found within my armor.
As the ground begins to rumble a bit and the wood starts to break through behind him, Hakai without even the slightest movement, activates his lightning armor and spins to his left on his right foot with his left foot extended in a high kicking position. As he spins he easily sees the wood coming out with his now heightened senses and positions his leg in order to completely obliterate the wood as he comes back around only to see a second pillar coming out of the ground. Upon seeing this he simply continues his rotation and obliterates the second pillar with a simple sweep of his leg. Due to the speed granted by his lightning armor, the wood seemingly is destroyed the moment they begin to come out of the ground. He stops his 720 degree rotation on a dime in his original position and motions for you to come at him with his right hand.

Two things surprised Hashi. One was the raw speed this man had. Hashi was barely able to process the vast amounts of data that he had just witnessed but he was able to notice was that for a split second Hashi had noticed a lightning aura surround the man.The second thing was that instead of tanking the two wood pillars he countered them. Hmm, it needs to be high ranked techs, Hashi thought. Hashi smiled as he had just figured out your weakness.

Now armed with this new information Hashi sat about creating a plan of attack. Still standing outside of short range Hashi notices the gesture that the man makes. Hashi knows he shouldn't take the bait especially after what he just witnessed but his blood was racing though his veins. It was almost like his blood was on fire from the thrill of this fight. This was one of those fights where you just say **** being safe and just rush in. In an instant Hashi took off at a dead sprint towards the man. Once he is in range Hashi dips down. As he dips down he extends his right leg straight upwards into your chin. He also places his left hand on the ground to steady himself. The kick sends you up into the air. As soon as you are sent into the air Hashi pulls his leg back down and goes into a crouching position. In the crouch position Hashi uses his powerful leg muscles to rocket up into the air. Hashi then seems to appear above you. Hashi then spins to his left while extending to deliver a heel drop to your left shoulder. The heel drop sends you crashing back towards the ground.

A grin appeared on Hakai's face as the man rushed him. He simply stood there as he talked about him not being as strong a shield as he thought he was and grinned even harder at hearing that. The man's kick thrust him into the air and Hakai shouted.
You know I dont quite think you're learning your lesson.
Completely unhurt, unphased, and unamused, the third laughed a hearty laugh as Hashirama appeared above him and sent him into the ground below.
You aren't trying hard enough!
The third said as he stood back up and dusted himself off.
