The way the Info in the Databook is makes it seem like the Databook is just a compilation of Kishi's notes at a given time during the process of writing the Manga...some of it seems obsolete as the story progressed.

Also the databook says Kakashi and Obito are the same age. Yet Kakashi graduated the academy at age 5 while Obito was age 9 yet they ended on the same team. How does that happen?

Kakashi graduated before Obito did. The team was formed later.
