Fourth Databook = Chakra Natures on sale.

Seriously? I feel like mastering all of the elements is hardly a feat anymore.. I mean don't get me wrong, it's nice to know who had what sort of nature... But giving Hashirama, Tobirama and TSUNADE all of those natures? It's lame as hell. I don't even see why Tsunade had lightning release, she never showed any such feats of using that let alone the others...

If you're going to give them the natures, give them the techniques too, that's just my opinion....

They are affinities, not the actual present nature they have access to.
I mean they have those nature in their bodies. Those are the nature affinities they can train.

Well it was clearly stated by Kakashi that a piece of chakra sensitive paper reacts one way to your affinity, not two separate ways... I'm pretty sure you can master other elements, but only have one affinity.

It shows what Nature Elements they have.Everyone naturally has the potential to use a Nature Element but that deosn't mean they learned how to use it.Like Naruto always had Wind Element but he didn't learn it until he was 16.

Tsunade used lightning chakra to tamper with kabutos nervous system in part 1. Funny how you used the only element that she actually did use as you example XD

And learning chakra natures isn't hard. Kakashi confirmed that most Jonin have at least 2. Huge emphasis on at least. Meaning many have 3, more experienced ninja having 4 or more.

- Hiruzen was already confirmed to know all jutsu in konoha in part 1. But we didn't see it until late part 2. No one would've believed it unless they saw it though.
- Jiraya only ever displayed fire and earth. But he taught Nagato and Yahiko wind and water techniques. And the databook confirms he possess those 4 natures.
- Minato was said that he tried to combine his chakra nature with rasengan but died before he could. We've never seen his nature but that doesn't mean he doesn't have.
- Gaara used wind release once in part 1 and then never again.
- Tsunade has used lightning like I already explained above
- Orochimaru's goal was to learn all jutsu in the ninja world, yet we've only ever seen him use wind release. But that wouldn't make sense of he only knew wind. Databook confirms he has all, which makes sense. How can you learn all jutsu without knowing all basic elements?
- This war arc proved to us that anyone can learn the most basic low level elemental jutsu. All those chuunin fodder were able to use crappy earth walls just by learning the hand seals. This proves it's not complicated at all.

What you have to understand is that kishi can't possibly show everything. Just because someone hasn't shown a particular jutsu, doesn't mean they don't have it. Also just because a ninja knows two or three elements, doesn't mean they're good at it. Guy has lightning and fire, he probably knows a couple jutsu for each, but they're probably only d or c rank level at best. Ninja rely on the skills they're best at, Guy relies in his amazing taijutsu. So he's not gonna waste his time with his poor fire and lightning techniques, when Guy can literally punch so fast that his fists create fire.

Only the most experienced ninja have all natures, because over time, you accumulate more knowledge and learn and improve more. Hiruzen, Tobirama, Orochimaru etc they are all old experienced and highly intelligent ninja. Hence why they have studied and learned all elements. Kakashi, Madara, Obito have all copied lots of jutsu with their sharingan, so of course they know all. The likes of Mei who uses kekkei genkai and combines fire and earth, and water and fire to make her lava and boil release. We haven't seen her use fire or earth but we know she has it.
