kakashi knows that neither sai, sakura,kiba or lee can go fight madara.If you remember the last fight they had(newest anime chapter) they couldn?t even touch him. Madara is way too powerfull for many ninja.
Sakura and the others will be fighting Sasuke withought knowing his true motives.They dont even know about the Yuubi; we?ll have to wait till gaara and the others deliver the message to kakashi and the others.

Well they obviously dont want everyone to know about it. Anyway lots of people wont believe what they would say and they might even become outcasts. Also the dont know if what he told them is true or not (possibly). Kakashi did say it was top secret.

For why Sakura doesnt tell Naruto about what there going to do. Sakura knows that they will try and stop as they know that they stand no chance against Sasuke or Madara.
