Chinjao doesn't count since he rested in a cell and ate (has been stated food replenishes luffy reserves) ...

Doffy as stated tanked law strongest attack which busted up his organs in the state doffy was fighting at

Would luffy fair the same as well ? (Meaning gamma knife luffy vs gamma knife doffy)

Luffy also needed ppl to help him out to give him time interval ... Also a lot (assuming cuz it came from him) doffy energy was used for bird cage and continuesly keeping ppl in.... I personally do not think luffy at all can beat doffy on his own gear 4th does pack quite a punch but nothing doffy durability can't handle it took luffys strongest attack to date to knock out doffy but it was also all the added damage from calvery gamma knife (what ever injection shot does which I suspect but have no evidence of lowers stats or something )
Kong gun and King Kong gun etc... Plus being hit by buildings to do him in...

Even if he would've started off with King Kong he would've burned himself out after that and never ha the damage from first gear4th applied so I don't think kkg can knock a healthy doffy (or even gamma knife doffy) out if that's what luffy starts off with

There's also the fact that doffy if it's a blood listed fight is not going to stand there and let luffy bite and change his entire body without doing anything ...

Doffy would have beaten Luffy 1v1 in Dressrosa without Law's gamma knife...

100% luffy (so not a tired out luffy) vs 100% doffy , would be identical to the results that happened when both of them fought. Doffy would win in a similar manner as he would've won.
