[Technical Issue] Forum Bar?

Sorry if this is a stupid question, but the forum bar (with User CP, New Posts, PM's, etc....) Doesn't load half the time. And I've tried cleaning the Cache, and tried using IE (Using Firefox currently). Any suggestions to help me fix this?
Edit: Doesn't bother me to much, just curious if I could fix this.

Loads fine for me. A screenshot would be helpful. Also what is your internet speed?

maybe its your device

or maybe you have to clear cache and cookies and then restart your device.

make sure you remember your passwords before doing that, though.

Not for sure, although I don't think its necessarily good. But I can live without it, just curious that's all.

Use to load up fine all the time, but I'll try using Google Chrome here shortly.

I guess a simple re-installation of the browser would do the trick. I don't think anything is wrong from the servers side.

It's most likely because your internet is slow.Try using Google Chrome.

Edit: Seems to be working fine now, don't know why I didn't think of it before. lol
