I think Neji could win this, considering he was able to close the 50m gap between him and kidomaru all before Kidomaru managed to fall to the ground. Plus, part 1 Neji was injured and his speed was marked at 4. while a healthy part 2 Neji would have a score of 4.5. So I think he can get within range of temari to use 64 palms

Starting Conditions: Temari starts with her fan open. Neji starts with his Byakugan activated and in a fighting stance.

Hey ice , i would like to tag in but could we make this a more scenario typical debate starting from here , fresh?
because i cant bother to reply to ur last post against spymoon and i hardly have the time to re-skin his vs ur arguements , just start with my thoughts based on the thread specifications..

Intel :Manga Temari has the obvious advantage here but it doesn't mean neji will underestimate her , quite the opposite actually with both bein jonins and temari making regular trips to the leaf along with neji's basic knowledge on her genin level prowess and how easily she rendered tentens attacks useless , he'd know that a jonin temari is his natural enemy and assume the worse against such an opponent despite not knowing as much about her as her him , in the same way he was wary of her here..

Location: Forrest , Distance: 20m.

At this distance , in this location and against this opponent neji uses his shunshin/speed to slip into the surrounding trees/forest nigh instantly , he then uses said speed and agility to begin the process of circling around temari while simultaneously keepin a considerable distance so as she cant visually track him , while he has full awareness on everything temari does or is planning with his byakugan and with it he can perfectly blend into the environment with his visual prowess.

From there temari's most likely action would be to clear most of wats in front of her with dai kamaitachi in which neji now has three main advantages;
1)Temari's has no idea of his exact location.

2)With a p1 neji bein able to blitz 70+m nigh instantly while fatally wounded and almost out of chakra , a healthy p2 jonin neji is running circles around it in the same way he was able to cross 500m nigh instantly at the start of part2.

3) Byakugan , unlike temari who was unaware and already planned to attempt her genjutsu , neji would be on the move while constantly keepin a eye on temari.

No , im saying that neji can/could run circles around the forest , not literally but based on his almost dead and chakra drained p1 speed feat , a p2 neji does this with ease given that he crossed 70+m nigh instantly in a physically demanding and fatal condition as a kid , and then crossed 500m as a jonin in a shorter amount of time than it took for him to cross 70+m as a kid/genin.

The weasel itself is extremely fast but with byakugan on he easily tracks it and while neji would kno its location the weasel/temari wont kno neji's and they wont catch him off-guard like they did tayuya , with genin neji's reaction and striking speed feats its also highly likely that jonin neji can kill the weasel with quick precision but thats not really wat im saying he'll do.

All neji has to do is survive the weasel while also gaining a favorable position to end temari afterwards since the attack cant be spammed.
