I disagree. I don't think one necessarily needs to kill their loved one to obtain MS. Sasuke didn't REALLY kill Itachi either. Itachi died from his disease and exhaustion, honestly. And apart from that, let's say Sasuke didn't find out the truth about Itachi from Obito, he wouldn't have unlocked MS because he hated Itachi. I believe the trauma from learning the truth made Sasuke unlock his MS, not the fact that he "killed" his brother.

But he unlocked before obito even got to explain the truth bout itachi cus as soon as sasuke saw obito he used amaterasu

But Kakashi not turning Obito's regular eye to the Sharingan, it's always active and goes to MS. If Kakashi can activate MS from 3 tomoes then why can't he awaken it? There were no chakra from Obito's brain flowing into Kakashi's Sharingan but both Kakashi and Obito saw someone they cared about died, we even see Kakashi crying as it happens. They eye might have been connected by that doesn't connect their chakra.



If that was true then Kakashi shouldn't be able to go from 3 Tomoes to MS on his own either since it's chakra from the brain that does that. I believe non-Uchihas can awaken the MS only if they already have the 3 tomoes and experience the required pain. Both Kakashi and Obito were feeling the pain of losing someone, Kakashi was even crying.



That wasn't the MS, that was blood that ran from his forehead to his eyes which are normal. He would have to be using Amaterasu to have his eye bleed like that with the MS.



Well the Rinnegan is how Nagato got the eyes, he couldn't deactivate it to EMS, MS or 3 tomoes. Kakashi on the other hand stays in 3 tomoes and he can freely go from 3 tomoes to MS. He shouldn't be able to since it takes chakra to do so, so how can he activate MS without having Uchiha's special chakra? The eyes being connected wouldn't put Obito's chakra into Kakashi's to make it go MS.

Obito unlocked the MS. kakashi's eye happened to be connected to obito's so his was able to transform into MS as well.

Simple as that. Don't over think it or over complicate it.

NO, Itachi implanted amaterasu in Sasuke to activate when coming into contact with Tobi's sharingan. That was a temporary move. Sasuke unlocked his MS when he learned the truth about Itachi and all of those emotions came rushing back to him thus awakening them.

Obito unlocked the MS. kakashi's eye happened to be connected to obito's so his was able to transform into MS as well.

Simple as that. Don't over think it or over complicate it.

Connected through sight, not through chakra. That's Obito's chakra wouldn't be flowing into Kakashi's eye to make it in the MS, it's that simple. Sasuke's eyes are connected yet Sasuke shown 1 of his eyes can improve over the other

. How can Kakashi activate his MS from his Sharingan? It takes the same chakra to active it so Kakashi shouldn't be able to use it at all in your logic.

Look at the top right pic, no blood until the blood from his forehead went to his eye and started to drip. When you cry the tear usually come from the end and the rain had water going down his face so the blood only carried to the end of his eye. He has no reason to bleed since as you can see it's his normal eyes and no MS. His eyes only shown to bleed when he has MS and using Amaterasu so unless you see his MS and Amaterasu he didn't awake it.

When he used Amaterasu on Obito it took the shape of Itachi's MS, not Sasuke's. Did we see Kakashi and Obito bleed when they get MS? No but we saw their MS. Sasuke wasn't using Amaterasu to bleed and it wasn't for awakening something that he haven't even shown.

That was a 1 shot Amaterasu that Itachi planted in Sasuke, it took the shape of Itachi's MS, not Sasuke's.

Actually sasuke awakened his magekyo right when itachi died. Notice the blood leaking out of sasuke's eye, and the deliberate scene focus on his mouth.

I'm late but that was from Itachi implanting his Amaterasu in Sasuke, not Sasuke awakening his own MS. IF the eyes bled when awakening MS, Obito and Kakashi's eyes would have bled as well and we saw them awaken their MS on panel.
