Sasuke was superior in speed/reflexes/taijutsu. Naruto throwing random punches are easily dodged via CM+2tom sharingan.

Honestly hard to tell. Sasuke at this point was leagues above Naruto in Base though so w/ the Curse Mark and 2-Tomoe (if he had it FOD, can't remember) he'd likely beat Naruto into the ground.
