She said she was going to suck their chakra, but she never finished, so that's why I'm guessing something happened that she hadn't planned and her flinging them away was an act of defense (not necessarily in the self-preservation against personal-harm sense, she's probably just trying to avoid another setback lasting a thousand years).

Now we know that Infinite Tsukuyomi was used before. And ended. And because she is resuming it now maybe suggests that she's just trying to carry on and pick up where she left off. Maybe she wasn't the one who stopped it the first time.

The ones who stopped her before might have been her sons, and the reason she reacted is because they stopped her before, so therefore she must have some kind of weakness against them.

Could be true. Maybe they dont have regular chakra and is unuseable to her? Or maybe there lineage prevents them from having there chakra absorbed.

Im more curious about how her will got into Black Zetsu. I think that the zetzu have traces of her chakra and will (kinda like people with the curse mark have traces of orochimaru and his will, so he can be reanimated at anytime), but with Black Zetzu he was in Obitos body for a long time, so maybe he absorbed a portion of hashirama? But then again I thought they said before that zstzu was basically type of clone of hashirama...w/e

Some people are refuting your remark without any proof, but I think you are right. I also noticed that these two pages spill out Kaguya possible weakness.

First, she wanted to suck their chakra, then she rejected them as you said. This speak for itself, and it gives me more confidence in the fact that Rinnegan did not come from being Kaguya's child. There is something out there that gave Hagoromo the mighty Rinnegan he has, and this makes his chakra very special.

Second, Kaguya did not actually confirmed that Sasuke and Naruto are Ashura and Indra. Rather, since she does not confirm they are Hagoromo and Hamura, she is wondering if they are Indra and Ashura. This shows that she is confused by the signature of their chakra and their power. She is not finding a clear pattern that will allow her to make a choice. However, she made a very good guess at the end when she concluded that Hagoromo gave them power.

Clearly, Hagoromo and Hamura are her weaknesses. They have something that does not come from her. Something that can harm her. Maybe from their father, or from Sage mode.
