Alot of people on nb first language isn't english. So I beleive it should be a section where foreign language speaking people can communicate with each other. :)

You have to speak English on the forum. Any other language most be spoken in private, taken to either VM or PM. You could start a group. I highly doubt they would make a spam section. That's what it would be if you ask me.

So what's the point ?
It offers more and easier communication for all members. It will also allow members to freshen up on languages and experience seeing new ones. For example, one of my close friends here speak Hindi. I could easily communicate with her on a section like that without people assuming we're trolling. I can also do that with my Spanish and Caribbean dialect speaking peers.

This^.

This idea is not least bit practical. You can use other language in personal conversation but when posting on forums it must be understandable to other people too.
