Man I am so excited for this. Can't wait for June 12th. My country is not participating but I will be cheering Germany. Brazil has home advantage but I still feel that Germany, Spain and Argentina could still come out above them.

I'll cheer for the favela people rioting against the world cup. I'm Dutch but I don't give a crap about football although I've played for 8 years and 2 seasons as the team captain. My little brother was scouted by 3 major football clubs so he has all the right to cheer or criticise players and teams but so many supporters can't even play football and talk smart about football related stuff. Such a zombie fest. In my opinion.

I'll be cheering for Ghana. We nearly made it to the last four of the previous tournament if not for Suarez playing goalkeeper and Gyan missing the penalty. But I do hope with these crop of players we can go far this year.

I'll be also rooting for Naija and Cote d'Ivoire, looking forward to seeing Germany and Portugal play as well as Brazil, Netherlands, Uruguay, England and Japan.
