Also, it'd be weird to be a dimension (or rather a world) where Tailed beasts could live in, cause they could have hidden themselves there from the beginning, imo.

And where exactly is it stated that Tailed beasts live is such places? Those are 2 places, where (Myoboku and Ryuchi) sage mode comes from.

Tailed beasts would have lived in that world from the beginning, cause humans were really troublesome for them.

Well before sasuke genjutsu'd all of them still most of the bijuu talked about returning to their homes. Could be those places. Kurama probably just wandered I guess.
