Now, that sort of goes against kishi's themes. The world isn't just black and white, it's also one big grey area. I think kishi is saying that one cannot exist without the other, sort of the yin/yang thing. You actually believe evil is gonna be purged from their world? Lol, if you kill the uchihas, then the uzumai/senju clan has to go too. There can not be no true peace. There is no definitive answer to creating peace, it's a process, a culmination of multiple things. Above all, it's the ROAD to peace that kishi is focusing on. He wants naruto to acknowledge that things can be better than they are, and that's a start.
There has to be a process, a plan. Bringing different ideas together, and being patient. That's what I've learned from naruto. It will never be created over night, and you cannot please everyone. "True peace" is only an illusion, something that obito sees. Naruto said that he's rather feel the heartbreak, be able to touch and be comforted by others, than to not feel what's "real". Dreams are nice, but eventually you have to wake up.
Long story in short, everyone working together to create peace is the real goal. Having people that actually want to create it. That is the Toad Sage's prophecy, the revolution he talked about. People coming to realization that things need to change, and it's time to stop fighting, time to stick up for themselves.
