when u try and get hero strenght+ with sanji , do the requirements that it says but i cant have it , how did u guys got that skill?

I don't know if I got it yet I'll check later, did you make sure you got all his skills before that one? You can only unlock the 2nd after the first and 3rd after 2nd

Gotta make sure the character that has "Heroes Strength" has unlocked it first, can't remember who that is, I think it might be either Sabo or Ace, but not even 50% sure on that. But once you have the first "Heroes Strength" then the one for Sanji will unlock the next time you either use him or he is one of your allies.
