Difference is that his clan was killed because they wanted to take over because they weren't given power that they wanted. They would lose control and run wild when they lose someone they love and wonder why they aren't trusted with power; yes not all Uchihas were like that but we only heard of 3 Uchihas that weren't ruled by hatred. The Uchihas saw nothing wrong with trying to take power and it was Danzo and the elders who wanted to kill the Uchihas while Hiruzen didn't want to and the village knew nothing about.

This situation could be avoided through negotiations, but they resorted to killing.

In sasuke's opinion, he is just sacrificing few for the greater good of the society which actually makes sense. This is exactly what konoha did to his family and his entire clan.
The kages would never handover the leadership to sasuke so sasuke has to get rid of them.

He's tryna to forcefully take over all of the villages so that they all have a common enemy, and therefore unite as one force.
It's a pretty good plan honestly.

as for the thread....if he was so much butthurt and knows the pain of sacrifice...why does he want to make others feel that pain too? Peace is a concept for the happiness of the people. I don't see how this would bring happiness
