WTF!? What's up with this thread? I came back after a while and it's like this...smh. The topic is actually a good one, but people aren't taking things seriously. What people referred to as TNJ, is actually Naruto following the sage's teachings. It was actually neccessary for Naruto to try and understand his enemies and try to convert them. That's why he will become the next successor of the sage.

Yeah, but Naruto did it without using chakra. Think of it like some sort of practice before the real thing. He wouldn't have succeeded if he hadn't change some people (Garaa, Granny Chiyo, Nagato...etc.)before he used ninshuu against Obito. He has gotten better at understanding people because of his so called "TNJ".
