Itachi got killed multiple times in that battle. He himself took advantage of Edo Tensei regeneration. He also had full support of Sasuke to perform Izanami. He cannot had pull of the technique without Sasuke. I have no problems with that battle. Itachi and Sasuke did what they had to do and Kabuto did what he had to do. Kabuto showed real skilled fighting two Uchiha at the same time. Not everyone could pull that off.

Kabuto did hit him more than once izanami started when he blocked with sasuke's sword. He was hit way before it stop riding Itachi's d*** I hate fanboys who think their fav is unbeatable when they could have died without help
