Slower pacing. Sasuke's change should have involved Naruto somehow, and it should have occurred a bit more slowly. Like, maybe have him show up on Madara and Obito's side, with him then betraying them and joining the Shinobi Alliance. Cheesy, but it would do.
Also, many feel that Edo Tensei has turned into a Deus Ex Machina. I personally don't mind the Edo Tensei that much. Having the previous Hokages back is alright, IMO.
The war has also been way too childish. No smart strategies, no tactics, nothing.
The characters have also been acting rather OOC. Kurama, for example. I get what Kishi's showing, but it occurred way too quickly. He could have shown a few panels of his change earlier on. For example, during the Pain arc. It would have been neat to show him perhaps doubting (should I really kill him?) before Minato showed up.
Finally, Madara. He's gone from a badass villain that hit all the right points (he was OP as ****, systematically broke the five Kages apart with ease, and killed a fan favourite - Neji - while all the while telling the Shinobi Alliance that they were pathetic and fodder compared to the shinobi of his time) to a Hashirama fanboy. It makes no ****ing sense. No ****ing sense. He HIMSELF told Obito "we should clear these fodder out before starting the Tsuki No Me because they'll get in the way". WHY THE **** DID HE DO NOTHING FOR GOD KNOWS HOW MANY CHAPTERS? It looks like he doesn't even care anymore! Why would he not try and implement the plan he's been working on for decades, even going so far as to plan his own death?
