-Will he have ems?
-Will he have a normal ms but than mix the 2 looks of those? or just 2 different eyes?
-Will he need to activate his shisui eye again by losing somebody closely?
-will he have kamui and koto akatsumi or something?
-will he create some new kick ass jutsu?

No if he transplants shishui's in place of obito's , he loses kamui

He wouldn't get EMS because neither is he an Uchiha nor is Shisui Obito's brother. The only way to get EMS is for the Uchiha to take the eyes from his brother. Even if Kakashi could somehow get the EMS, Shisui isn't Obito's brother, so it wouldn't matter.

No. Obito and Shisui are not brothers, as is required to get the EMS.
