FTG or any other space/time jutsu are not about speed... That's the effing point of the jutsu, it transcends speed. For you who went to school speed = distance (space) / time but a S/T jutsu just plainly ignore those parameters...

That's the point. A space time jutsu ignores speed. Even light is not instant. Which is the uttermost speed limit we know of. FTG/Téléportation can get you anywhere (space) instantly (time). You don't move when you FTG, there is no distance to cover nor does it take you anytime to get there.
