So you can just swipe it up, and customize it so you get quick access to programs such as internet or PS etc.

This would work awesome on tablets...

No, unless they made a special version for that. Your best bet is to look in the app store.

XD open the UI, then go to plugins ( 2nd one ) and drag one of them to the screen on the other side and it will say immortal object.
