Actually, 70 years. But yeah, Hiruzen was the reigning champ.

He inherited the title of God of Shinobi, he was the most powerful Kage of his time.

He guided Konoha through times of both peace and war, and was a father-figure to his people. He was beloved and respected, even the warhawk Danzo had a bitter respect for the guy and never even made a move against him or tried to usurp him as he did Tsunade.

He's the oldest Hokage which means he survived through a lot. Hashirama, Tobirama, and Minato all couldn't take the heat.

But Hiruzen was unbeatable up until sickly old age, and even then was able to take on 3 kage level ninjas simultaneously.

He survived 3 world wars and was so powerful that the entire world worshipped him as the God of Shinobi.
