Someday, the technology they used creating 3D characters on stage in front audience like the one of Gorillaz with Maddona in Grammy awards 2006, and the one about Hatsune Miku. These kind of technology will advance more in future creating physical appearance of One Piece characters in 3D on stage. There would be no need for actors.

You'll see Robin in 3D CG Animation infront of you on stage and you stare all the time during the play on her boobs despite the story and everything.
